It depends on your marks, if you have a rank under top 10000 in JEE Advance then you can choose any IIT. If you have 50000 rank in JEE Mains then you can choose NITs and GFTIs.

Depends on various factors. Depends on the course you want to do, the category you belong to, type of college you want and other factors like that. But in most of the government colleges in Delhi, if you want to do hons. in any subject and you don't belong to a reserved category, chances are really less that you will get the admission with this percentage. However, some college takes admissions on the basis of entrance exams, you can search for the colleges which provide your desired course and also have an entrance exam.

Yes, you can still apply for B.Ed. Many colleges have entrance for B.Ed admissions. For PTET, you must have a teaching experience of 1-2 years through B.Ed or some education Diploma like D.El.Ed, DIET, etc.

North campus doesn't offer B.Sc(Hons.) nursing. It is only present in DU South campus. There are only four colleges under DU which offers B.Sc(Hons.) nursing. Hope this helps. Good luck.
