Hi Venky, education in Germany is free. Some Universities charge a minimal amount of Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Living expenses come to Euro 740 per month.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

Find below general eligibility criteria to pursue MS in US universities:
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Find below some of the universities in US offering course of your interest:
