Hi Patoliya, RWTH Aachen, TU Braunschweig, TU Mnchen/Freising, Uni Mnster are some of the good unviersities that offer the course of your interest.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.

Hi Rohan, there are quite a few scholarships available. But for this one should begin application process much earlier as the deadlines pass by Jan every year for admission in sep intake. Also, you should have offer letter in hand to be able to apply for scholarships.
Charles wallace India Trust, Dr. Manmohan Singh Scholarships, Goa Education Trust, British Chevening scholarships, Commonwealth fellowships and scholarships are the scholarships offered.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
