In order to pursue MDS from abroad, after completing BDS from India, you have to register with Dental Council of the particular country where you wish to pursue MDS and pass the qualifying exam.
As per your query I would suggest you to:
1. Decide in which country you wish to pursue MDS.
2. Then browse through the official website dental council of that particular country, to know the eligibility criteria for foreign students to pursue MDS.
