It depends upon the counselling that which college you are going to get.
But then these days we have many universities like Amity, Lovely, Sharda etc that offer direct admission on the basis of your marks in B.Tech/ B.E as well as a scholarship too.
Check their sites fro more information.

Hi,
Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you just need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition. Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.
