1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor’s degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
2. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for regular masters degree (M.SC) and then clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.

Preparing for this competitive and high intensity exam is very tough part of everything. Hard work, dedication and concentration should be your assets in order to crack the examination in one go. Choose your best own way to get through the examination.
You can prepare by going for tuitions or coaching. Another option is to practice with mock question papers. These will be available from all leading book stores.
By doing this, you will get a clear idea about the exam syllabus and pattern. When appearing for the interview, you must make sure that they answer correctly. Taking some time for answering each question will also be a good idea.
