Always remember, selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition whether the college is AICTE / UGC approved or not.
Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

*A database administrator is a person responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and maintenance of databases in an organization.
*The role includes the development and design of database strategies, system monitoring and improving database performance and capacity, and planning for future expansion requirements. They may also plan, co-ordinate and implement security measures to safeguard the database.
*List of skills required to become database administrators are:
-Communication skills
-Knowledge of database theory & design
-Knowledge about the RDBMS
-Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and procedural extension language
-General understanding of distributed computing architectures
-General understanding of the underlying operating system
-General understanding of storage technologies, memory management, disk arrays, NAS/SAN, networking
*Certification-
Employing organizations may require that a database administrator have a certification for the particular RDBMS being used.
Ex are Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional and MCITP Database Administrator 2008.

Well Laasya, DAE is a very good course. The only other alternative could be AAIP with 2D Classical (2 different courses). Animation has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Go speak to people over there and see if you like their philosophy and they change your perspective.Try their website for more details. Also remember that Animation requires good mentoring. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website.
