To be honest, it will be difficult to tell which engineering branch is better as both the branches mentioned by you are equally good. Moreover, every engineering branch has its own Pros and Cons and thus it will be unfair commenting which is better.

*Computer Science:
Computer Science Engineering is a division of engineering which involves the principles and techniques of both computer science and electronics engineering. It includes testing and designing of computer components.

Yes, you can study law in marathi, but i must caution you that if you chose a profession like law you must be well versed with english for if you are appearing in High court or the Apex Court you should speak in English. You can pursue both the courses together.
However, one course can be pursued as regular and the other through distance.
You cannot pursue both the courses through distance from the same institute.
