Hi Dear,
B.Sc is much more different than MBBS. B.Sc is the general Bachlor degree in Science stream, whereas MBBS is a specialised degree program with Medicine and Surgery. The duration for B.Sc is 3 years whereas for MBBS its 4.5 years.

Pooja, you can give GPAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, CET etc. Some institutes prefer entrance test scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for entrance tests etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with entrance scores.
Another way of admission is internal tests or admission criteria of individual Management Institutes or Universities.

Generally, NATA or the AIEEE B.Arch exam are prescribed by the Council of Architecture as a compulsory criterion for taking admission to any Architectural College or course in India.
There are many private universities that offer admission in B.Arch with JEE counseling too directly on basis of your rank. Most private universities offer good placements and scholarships too.
