Dear Jay! To get admission in IIM-A you have to be excel in your overall academics. The criteria for IIM-A is: They will consider your 10th 12th, graduation marks along with your CAT % followed by GD/PI. They will only call u for GDPI only they found u good with your 99% (or even 100%) in CAT. So even if u don't have above 95 or 90% in class 10 and 12 then chances of IIM-A,B are very very NIL. But dear friend I am not demotivating u but now the only way to hope for this institutions is to score 8 or 9 CGPA throughout your semester in college, and target 100% in CAT.
I am advising u to make other college also on the target like FMS Delhi

Yes, I agree with stuti and would like to add something to it. Many private colleges do have their own criteria and exams for admission process and if you can't enter through JEE, still you have options for these private colleges. If you are looking for West Bengal then I would like to suggest for UEM Kolkata the best for engineering for its good working placement cell and trained faculties for best education. To know more about the college and its admission process visit the link https://www.shiksha.com/university/university-of-engineering-and-management-kolkata-47398.

Jamia has a central placement cell which invites companies open to take interns but they never guarantee you an internship like a lot of private universities started doing lately. If you're good enough and possess good skill set, you can easily fetch you an internship. I can't give you the figures of the highest package so far but I can assure you for a bright future ahead if you study in Jamia and put efforts to make yourself worthy enough to fetch high packages on offer.
