No one can say exactly about the fee of private colleges because they have their own rules and regulations. But still, there are some fee structure of private colleges of Karnataka.
1. For KMC (total payable fee is Rs 37,67,000/year) along with the registration fees of Rs 10,000
2. For MS RAMAIAH (total payable fee is Rs 3,69,000/year) for students selected through COMEDK.

If you have great scores you should try Germany, a hub for automobiles and mechanics. Also, education is almost free, if not free then very cheap and they would charge only semester fees. Additionally, living expenses would be incurred. Check RWTH Aachen, University of Heidelberg, University of Stuttgart, etc. You may also check universities in Spain and Netherlands.

There are lots of courses after B.Sc such as M.Sc, B.Ed., PG, MBA and many more professional courses. IT depends upon your interest and capabilities.

Different departments in Cambridge University have different admission requirements. On the whole, you need to be highly academic with excellent grades around 80% and above. You must then take the IELTS, 7 and higher band is acceptable. To get admitted in a university like Cambridge you have to showcase your intellect and competitive skills.

There is no specific pre-requisite to appear for the exam, therefore you can appear for CFP exams along with B.Com.

You can go for a degree in Physical Education.
Bachelor of Physical Education course deals with various techniques which are useful to maintain the fitness of the human body. This course is conducted as four year integrated course or one year course depending upon the qualification of the aspirants. Candidates who have deep passion in sports can pursue this course to get job in the sports related area. Varieties of higher studies option are available for the candidates who want to pursue higher education in the field of physical education.

If you have failed in maths then trust me IIMs are not meant for you and neither is CAT. Even if you score well in CAT (which is highly unlikely), you may not even get an IIM call.
My suggestion would be to forget about IIMs and aim at other MBA colleges, preferably the ones, which don't focus of your 10th/12th marks very much.
