I think the MA Media Production & IMC at Nitte University seems suitable to your needs. Two years of study may be necessary because it takes time to master the craft. From what I gather Nitte's PG program includes video promotionals production in addition to print media promos. If you are from the North try Amity although it can be a bit expensive comparitively.Check out the fees of each and see where seats are still available.

In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.Plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT,MAT,XAT etc.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
