Yes you can Hemanth.on the basis of 10th you can takeup Diploma in Animation later you can upgrade same to Bsc by writing couple of exams,suppose you complete your 12th Diploma in Animation cqan be changed to Bsc in Animation.The Computer Graphics and Animation industry is full of promise. Every year the animated movies tend to score the biggest box office success. Not only movies, computer graphics and animation are used in broadcasting, games, theme parks, industrial animation, virtual reality, and scientific and medical research. There is also a very heavy use of computer graphics in the design sector including in automotive design, consumer products, industrial design and interactive design. All graphic design jobs require attention to detail, design sense, problem solving skills, and up to date knowledge of the latest software.

As you are interested in pursuing your MS in Mechanical from Germany, I would like to say that Germany is very much known for its technological advancements. Few good universities that you can look for are Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen, RWTH Aachen University, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt / University of Applied Sciences Landshut, etc.
The cost would be less as education in Germany is govt. funded and as a result you have to pay a very nominal fee.
It may be approx to 140 euros to 500 euro per semester. You will also incur living expenses about 740 euros per month. So when you are filing your visa, you have to make arrangements for your living expenses.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
Also after completion of the course, you can look for employment and if you get one then you can convert your 'students permit' to 'residence permit for gainful employment'.
