Dear Nikhil, you have not been informed correctly and like you, many more are not knowing certain facts which I would like to elaborate. Firstly, fighter jet training is possible only if some one joins Indian Air Force as pilot. To become pilot in IAF, there are two routes; first through NDA after 12th and second after graduation in science or technical stream, through CDS exam.
Secondly, astronauts are required only for manned missions to space which are currently undertaken by only three nations, that is USA, Russia and China. Usually, for their manned missions they take their own nationals but in some joint programms, they invite other nation's pilot and scientists. For example, in 1983, Squadron Leader Rakesh Sharma of Indian Air Force became the first Indian astronaut when he went to space in a Russian Rocket Soyuz. But after that no one else from India went for such Programms. The celebrated astronauts Kalpana Chawla and Sunita Williams are USA nationals and that is why they could go to space. Overall, there is no fixed programm for astronauts and hence no fixed qualifications. Mostly pilots become astronauts but scientist and tourists can also become if they medically qualified.
ISRO does not require and nor hire astronauts. Neither Ph.D. in astrophysics or geophysics can make you astronauts.

The Prospectus can be obtained either from the Main Centre at North Delhi Campus or from the South Study Centre at South Moti Bagh, New Delhi, Monday through Friday between 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
The Admission cum Enrollment form attached with the Prospectus has to be filled in by the student in his/her own handwriting in capital letters only. Detailed instructions for filling the form are supplied in the Prospectus itself and students must take care to follow the same. The form has to be submitted along with the relevant documents.

As per your query it seems that you are 10th pass and on the basis of 10th you wish to pursue graduation degree.
So regarding this please remember in order to pursue graduate degree you need to be 10+2 pass.
And if you mean one sitting degree then please remember the one sitting degree is good for those who are only looking at gaining a graduate degree.
If you are also looking at post graduate courses then you need to first check whether after the single sitting graduation you will be eligible for the next course or not.
For example, in order to pursue MBA, the eligibility criteria is 10+2+3; therefore a three year graduation is required and the single sitting course is not accepted.
