DUET: Delhi University Entrance exam for Physics is taken in June for which application forms are available from April. CUCET: Central Universities Common Entrance Test is an exam taken by eight central Indian universities. Application forms are available online from April and the exam happens in May. NITTET: The entrance examination in the National Institute of Technology is conducted in June. Application forms are available from April and the exam happens in May. The entrance examination paper has 100 to 150 multiple choice and cross-matching questions. The duration of the examination is 2.5 to 3 hours. Candidates are negatively marked for wrong answers. The M.Sc. In Physics course is completed in 2 years. It has a semester system that is distributed annually and the course is therefore divided into 4 semesters. For those who are studying in the correspondence mode, the course can be completed 2 to 3 years.
