Yes, one can appear for an entrance exam in spite of having backlogs. However, those backlogs have to be cleared before taking admission in the particular B-school (in case you get final shortlisted). Generally, there is a deadline specified by a B-school for submitting the pending results and other documents.

It will depend on which area you are more confident and interested in. If you are weak or not interested in maths and more inclined towards biology or similar subjects, then choose medical. please decide accordingly and also you an speak with your school counsellor who generally should tell or guide you about your aptitude.

Out of thousands of colleges it is not possible to say what you are asking for and also you only specified your ILETS Score, your admission will depend on your 12th grades and other requirements set by the universities.
