If you are not really research oriented then dual degree won't be a good option, but many companies, especially in the core field, have requirements of dual degree graduates. You are getting 2 degrees and saving 1-year.

CAT registrations have already started. You can register for the same at the IIM’s official website. This time IIM Lucknow is conducting the CAT exam. For GMAT, you can book a test date by registering at www.mba.com. You can choose any date and test center based on your convenience. You take GMAT once a month, five times a year. There is no limit for number of attempts for CAT or GMAT. XAT is for XLRI mainly. XLRI takes GMAT score also. So, if you take GMAT, you need not take XAT. However, if you take both, XLRI will consider best of two. CAT and GMAT cover most of the top institutes both in India and abroad.

I do not think you will be allowed to appear for 1st year exams if you have already cleared the exams. However, under special circumstances improvement exams are allowed by institutions to their students. You should get in touch with the appropriate authorities and check if you will be allowed to appear for the exams again.

Capt Ankur SAPilot with Air India

Guide-Level 13

Jobs in aviation do not necessarily require the Candidates to hold a degree in aviation to get hired. The airlines or avaition companies train the Candidates as per their needs after shortlisting them by some rounds of selection process or may be just after an interview. You already have completed your graduation and hence you are eligible to apply for jobs as and when they are announced by the hiring authority. Still if you feel the need to go for some specific course in aviation, than you may look for courses like airport management, airline ticketing, crew resourcing etc.
