Certainly there has been a long gap since your last qualification but if you can provide concrete reasons for this gap then you may stand a chance for admissions and also a masters degree is far better than the PGDCA in all aspects. Well its obviously a good descsion like studying in developed european countries and germany is the good option for post graduation studies and also the favourite destination for international students. In germany there are currently over 240000 international students studyin or doing research in germany.The standard of higher education in germany is first rate.There are over 500 international degree programmes offer courses which are entirely or partly taught in english.
Germany is arguably the only country in the World where completion of study programs in Universities is smoothly followed by paid internship in top MNCs that eventually lead to full-time placement.
As a university graduate you can,after completing your studies ,remain in the country for a further year to look for a job.A residence permit issued for the purpose of studying can,after a job has been found,be converted into a residence permit for taking up gainful employment.The residence permit which enables you to take up a job may be issued for up to 5 years.
