Hi Ajay,
I would suggest you put this question in shiksha's study abroad (US) domain, as you can get better answers through our study abroad experts. However, the insurance regulation would duffer from University to University. Some Universities give you an option to get it done from your home country however, some may want you to get your insurance done once you reach the university and even some them make it a part of there fee structure, so you need to first confirm with your academic coordinator in UCLA and then take any step further.
Hope this will be of help.
Thanks,
Pooja

Hi,
All the questions you have asked have no specific answers. 1200 is also a good score in the GRE and 1400 is also a good score. It totally depends on what the university's requirements are. If you are looking for scholarships, then you should not target a score less than 1400. On an average, you would need approx 40,000-50,000 USD per year to complete your post graduation.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Deepesh,
I Strongly suggest you to opt for MCA in REGULAR DEGREE only. Because most of the IT Companys strongly prefer the students from regular degree. So Try to plan accordingly.
