GNIIT is a Industry designed course offered by NIIT and the institute is also offering placement assistance for the deserving students in various reputed IT firms. I would suggest you to work hard and secure a lucrative job offer and gain some work experience and this would bring in clarity so as to decide what you plan to pursue in future.
Post some experience, you can opt for either Masters in the similar field like M.Sc (Kuvempu University) / MCA or you may take up Masters in management i.e. MBA degree as a great career option if you plan to get in management.

Shiksha is a platform where you can get information related to the courses and from which institutes you can pursue these courses but it would not be possible to provide you with such curriculum specific information. However, C++ can be run in almost all the versions of Windows either with the help of the dosbox (download), or you can run turbo C/C++ through the MS Dos.
But if you are keen to learn this language properly then I would suggest you to look for the various good institutes which offer language courses like NIIT, Aptech etc.
