Hello Muhammad, it's very nice to hear from you that after completion of your Diploma in mechanical engineering you are interested in pursuing your graduation in aeronautical engineering branch. Let me caution you at this stage. Presently in India, the chances of placement for an aeronautical engineering graduate are quite less as compared with any other branch of engineering. It would be better if you complete your engineering in mechanical branch itself and then seek employment in ISRO or DRDO so that you enter into an aeronautical field. The eligibility criteria of LLB (Hons. ) of IIT Kharagpur is given below. Eligibility for Admission to LL.B. (Hons) Degree in Intellectual Property Rights :
1. First Class Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent. or First Class Masters Degree in Science or Pharmacy or equivalent. or First Class MBA Degree with any of the above. The requisite qualifying marks for admission to postgraduate and research programmes of the Institute are CGPA 6.5 in 10 point scale or 60% marks for GE/OBC candidates (these are CGPA 6.0 and 55% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
