Not all NITs exempt the fees for students belonging to SC/ST. Also there is variation in fees for different branches in B.Tech that means in some branches of B.Tech you will be getting your tuition fee waived off since reservation quota is available for that branch but not for all branch. So just check the fees for each branches with your priorities.

I think you can do it by clearing the compartment exam then you can go in any private college for admission. Clearing class 12 th is very important for getting admission in any college in any course.

After BBA, you can opt for LL.B. or MBA / PGDM. It is a stream with lots of opportunities. There many colleges in India and abroad. It is an under graduation study in business administration. Few good colleges for BBA are Symbosis, GGIP U, Punjab University, various central university, Mumbai University, DU and IIMs (integrated).
