Currently, the one-year integrated B.Ed. course is not available in Karnataka or any other part of India. The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has recently reintroduced the one-year B.Ed. and M.Ed. programs, but they will be implemented from the 2026-27 academic session. This means that while the one-year B.Ed. is coming, it won't be available until after the current academic year.

Think what will you do if you have to attend your BCA class live lectures tomorrow on 11:15 am and at the same time you have to attend B.Com class lectures. Will it be possible at a time? I guess no. Suppose you are very fortunate with your case and anyhow you have managed your time. Then think about the semester exam day. How will you manage to give both papers on regular basis? I will suggest you to opt for only one course as you will not be getting any benefit by doing two courses. And instead of distance course try to opt for full time course that will be much valuable.
