It depends on your profile, if you have been working then based on your work experience one can suggest the MBA Specialization. It could be a general MBA, MBA in marketing, supply chain management, operations, etc.
To pursue MBA in US, you should take the GMAT. Most of the colleges in US have started to accept GRE scores as well.

I would suggest you to not to go for BE if you're not interested to quit your job. I understand you were not expecting such a negative reply, but I wish to guide you without any false hopes. There are a couple of colleges which provide BE correspondence courses. But, those degrees do not have any value. Further, those colleges won't be able to get you into a job which a BE graduate should get. Also, BE itself isn't an easy course. So, it isn't recommended to study and work together and screw up the results.
