Hi,
This is a question which asks your interest weather in medical or engineering field.
According to me, engineering is common now a days and medicine is much different than engineering.
If one has good command over PCB and devotion over the subject and he/she thinks of nothing else but medicine, only those should opt medicine. As it is a bit tough and needs lot of concentration. Engineering is also good but not as tough as medicine. But, one should opt the subject according to their interest.
Best of luck!
