Cutoff seems to vary every years so it's quite tough to predict minimum marks to get into any NIT, however as per your category you need to score around 120-130 to get admission in any lower NIT.

Now coming in terms of value in the industry you will get a call from companies that consider BITS tag but from here come the twist.
Most big organizations won't consider this as degree and HR will reject as many of my friends have faced that and it won't be same as on campus because they will able to identify you have done distance education as a degree.
You can do Ph.D but it depends on the university as top university won't consider the distance education but from the learning point of v

There is no such cut off for any course in Fergusson Pune. BA Psychology is a merit based course. All you have to do is create an account when the forms are out, upload your details and necessary documents and then pay the fees.
After some days, a merit list is announced on the official site where the names of selected students are listed. There are called for counseling to Pune.
Since, it is a merit based course, only the marks of class 10th and class 12th are seen. Students are selected on the basis of marks, religion, caste and the state they reside in.

Nothing goes for a waste, the more you learn the easy you grow. For promotions always qualification and experience are taken together to promote. MHM would be suggested also try for MBA in hospitality management. If your specific about any particular department out of 4 core or finance, marketing, HR or anything else. I suggest you to specialise only in that so you will have a clear insight about what you want to do. I am passionate about HR and I am doing my BHM now and I will probably choose MBA in HR to upgrade my knowledge about HR and get a better posting rather studying all the 4 core departments again.
