Earlier MS provided Microsoft Certified Professional-MCP certification as the base, now converted to Microsoft Technology Associate MTA which is the starting point of any broad stream of certifications in Servers, Desktops, Apps, Database and Developer.
Now the Developer stream so called Microsoft Certified Solution Developer-MCSD is further categorized under Windows Apps, Web Apps, Sharepoint Apps, Apps lifecycle Management.
Now more of it depends on your interest & caliber which stream you select out of the first three listed above.
As per the Market demand Web Apps is more ideal than Windows & Sharepoint, also its future is more secure than other two options which are now stable but would decline with the advent of Cloud Computing.

After 12th in Science if you have studied Biology, Physics and Chemistry, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology).
[Eligibility criteria : complete 12th (PCB) with minimum 60% and sit for an entrance exam].
With Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 12th, you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc. You may even opt for architecture.

Apart from doing the degree level courses in Science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration.

However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.
