The type of jobs offered by Indian MNCs are mainly based on Java and .net categories. If you are interested in PHP, thend its also a good option but mostly small scale industry use it. some large industry also use but u have to work hard for that. so prepare accordingly and choose an appropriate one.
Don't think about salary as there is only a small difference if you become a year old employee since small company offer 15,000 to 20,000 for freshers whereas MNCs offer 20,000 to 25,000 but after 1 year or 2 you come into same line of 20 to 25 k.
