Dear Tapish,
Most of the good B schools require minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience as a mandate requirement for Executive management degree. I suggest you to either gain more work experience and then plan for Exceutive MBA or either go for a MBA program instead of the Executive MBA.

Yes you can migrate to another college but of the same university. Migration is possible between the colleges of the same university.
Though it is quite difficult to migrate to some different university. However, it is advisable to contact the institutes official to get the exact detail.
