NO you cant apply as every college as a criteria of exam and you have to appear for exam to get the college

MBA will not help you to become economist, my advice you should opt for MA

Doing MBA for a better job is a misconception. Those companies who have 60% or above criteria still go searching for your UG percentage so wasting money and time on MBA is not worth it. But if you are really interested to do MBA try getting into some good govt. colleges by cracking CAT or high profile private ones. If not then then you better get into any company and gain experience that is going to do whole lot of difference.

Fees for MMS as well as PGDBM is the same, ie. 2.25 lakhs per annum. hostel charges approximately 1 lakh per annum.
last date for application form is 9th april.

Average package is 6-7 lakhs per annum. There's no specific cutoff for PGDBM as it takes into account written skills, GDPI performance as well as your academics. Do well in GDPI then you have chances to convert. All the best.
