Pick up any good book covering reasoning - RS Agarwal has a book on reasoning. Similarly there is a guide by Upkar publication on MCA. Check them. They will probably cover JECA syllabus
But more important is self assessment to understand what have you learnt and what are gaps and thereafter practice for speed and accuracy

If you completed 3 years Diploma after 10th or +2 you can take lateral entry in the 2nd year of B.Tech in regular mode and by completing it you will become a graduate engineer.
