The TIME's Higher education is one ranking for universities abroad, the other are QS world universities ranking, World Universities ranking, Center for world universities ranking, Academic ranking of world universities to name a few. Hi Anjali I would like to inform you that our college doesn't offers hostel facilities but we do have some tie with few PG's in the near by area . moreover as per placements the placements are good over here with 100% placement records and the HR faculty will surely not disappoint you in any ways .

The CAT cutoff is pretty much fixed at 70%tile. And I don't think there is any quota basis for admission based on sister colleges. You can drop a mail to the admin at http://xime.org/enquiry.php. They will be able to shed some light on this. Good luck!

PHP has a good future. Companies prefer to develop application which should be cost effective with great quality. PHP definitely helps here.
PHP keeps on releasing advance framework like Cakephp and Laravel.
I would suggest if possible learn server side languages and JavaScript also.
