Please remember in order to pursue MBA you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So you may consider pursuing any course of your interest at undergraduate level.
However it would be always advisable to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opting for MBA as it further enhances the career prospects.

Please remember every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test.
