The Company Secretary course is not a full time course reason being you don't have to go any college.
In this course you have to get yourself registered with the ICSI and then you have to give your exams.
To prepare for the exams you can taking coaching from any Institute or else can study yourself also.

NDIM is Very good college and In order to pursue full time MBA program From NDIM you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, etc.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA institutes is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
