If you have your graduation from a well known approved university then no question or answer arises about the approval from UGC as the UGC is the body to recognize the character of a university. Now, the programs like Engineering Diploma or Degree etc. are required to be recognized from the office of AICTE and without this recognition no such course are vallid.
