As far as my knowledge goes, in India the post drug safety physician course is not available directly. After completion of medical graduation and post-graduation in Pharmacolofy, you may undertake course on clinical Pharmacology. You may go to MCI website and then you can search colleges and courses.

Yes, you can.
IIMs have a good proportion of freshers (almost up to 40%). Some in fact do not count experience as a criteria while shortlisting candidates for interview round or for final selection (or allocate lower weight-age to them). Some of them award extra points to females and candidates from non-engineering background to maintain the diversity of the batch.
The IIM calls that you can expect depends on your CAT score, profile and academic background. For instance, if you have a good academic background, you can expect interview calls from Indore and Kozhikode at 93+ percentile (General category). This however is subject to change

You need a minimum score of 70 percentile in CMAT. Sorry to inform that 63 percentile is not eligible for admission process. Or you can apply through the other exams too which include the following:
A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September / December 2015 / February 2016 OR a composite score of 450 or above in GMAT 2015 OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Management Admission test (CMAT 2016) OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Admission test 2015 (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) OR 70 percentage or above in the AIMS Test for Manage
