Dear Khushboo,
Yes, Of course you can take admission in MCA without entrance test but cut-off for admission to this programme varies to different colleges. As you studied mathematics in 10+2, maybe, you will get admission into lateral entry which means that you will get entry into II year of MCA directly. Many good institutions offer this course & provide considerable scholarship also on the basis of your qualifying marks. So, you should try in colleges where you will get quality education, better placement opportunities and good scholarship scheme. I can suggest you some good numbers:-

The preparation period depends from person to person. Some people will have strong mathematical skills but low language skills and vice versa also. Some people will be strong in both so as compared to previous category they require less time for preparation. First, find out your strong and weak areas and plan according to it. Also, dedication and determination matters a lot in your preparation period.
If you are planning to take MBA from US, you need a very high GMAT score which means, very high preparation. If you are strong in both Mathematics and English language, a 3 months of preparation will be enough to crack GMAT.
All the best.

Hi Sonami,
In order to write the ISI Exam, one should have completed their graduation. Since, you have just given your higher exam, you will not be eligible to write ISI.
The Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata conducts the ISI Admission Test 2016 for the admissions to the M.Tech programmes at the institute. Candidates who have obtained the GATE cutoff announced by ISI Kolkata will be considered for direct admissions. Such candidates will have to attend a personal interview if shortlisted.
I hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.
