Yes, Of course you can take admission in MCA without entrance test but cut-off for admission to this programme varies to different colleges. As you studied mathematics in 10+2, maybe, you will get admission into lateral entry which means that you will get entry into II year of MCA directly. Many good institutions offer this course & provide considerable scholarship also on the basis of your qualifying marks. In order to write the ISI Exam, one should have completed their graduation. Since, you have just given your higher exam, you will not be eligible to write ISI.
The Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata conducts the ISI Admission Test 2016 for the admissions to the M.Tech programmes at the institute. Candidates who have obtained the GATE cutoff announced by ISI Kolkata will be considered for direct admissions. Such candidates will have to attend a personal interview if shortlisted.
