Hi Rudra,
The current season of MBA entrance exams is almost over; the last one being MBA CET will be held in a couple of days. If you want to give meaningful exams (those exams which will be accepted by the best B-schools) like CAT, XAT, etc. then you need to wait until July.
The registrations for NMAT exam (best B-school = NMIMS Mumbai) will commence from July first week, followed by CAT in August and so on. The top exams are CAT, XAT, NMAT, SNAP, IIFT, CMAT & MBA CET. Giving MAT is no problem. However, the cutoffs for the majority of the top colleges are quite high.

Hi Palak,
The admission process of universities in UK are basically online. You must apply through the UCAS or directly through the university's official website. Your documents must be uploaded initially.
If you are talking about a specific university I think you should directly ask the university as they might have different norms. However, when you are applying for the visa and all you must send your hard copies.
