The minimum eligibility norm to apply for CAT 2019 is a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. CAT 2019 will be held in the fourth week of November 2019 in 2 sessions. CMAT cut off between 80-85 percentiles is good enough for IMS and for IIPS this should be between 75-80 percentiles. So, your score is good enough for these colleges. Good Luck.
