In order to pursue masters degree from universities in these countries you need to have:
Good academic record,preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus. (Required by universities in Germany)
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Since Germany is a non English speaking country, and their national language is German, so it is always advisable for students to pursue some basic level German language course before leaving for Germany.

Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA, pursuing MBA is a good option as it further enhances the career prospects.
After going through your profile I would suggest you that, you should work for 1-2 years after completing your B.tech and then pursue MBA.
The advantage of this step would be that you will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue Masters in same field or related fields, where as if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities and institutes.
