Hello Anurag,
As a study option it is a good choice but UK has tight rules for international students with regards to job. So, you must be careful when you apply to an institution or college. Be informed about the career services they provide, internship opportunities, training etc. Look for jobs outside the UK and keep options open that is don't keep your options limited only to UK.
Regards

Dear Narender , if you are just wiling to learn how to make the video clips or edit them , then a simple short term course on editing composting & vfx should do . But if you wanted to learn " how the 3D or Vfx movies are made " then you must join a long term course on 3D animation & VFX. It will cost per month 5000 Rs to 16000 Rs depending on the course , duration , location & institution .

In that copy, include the things which are very frequently asked in JEE and also, those things in which you get confused.

Any subject of your choice. Basically subject of graduation will matter the most. And also UPSC has set criteria of graduation, not specified from which subject or field. You can complete graduation in one stream of your choice and give UPSC examination in other subject. There is no problem in that. So for class 12th you can take any subject.
Hope it helps.
