Yes, a commerce student can apply for BCA given that you had maths in class 11th and 12th. Maths (10+2) is compulsory to apply for BCA as entrance exam varies from college to college and universities. There are several entrance exams for this course in various institutes.

Since you have completed your graduation and PG, you are eligible for B.Ed. However, it depends on your state's policy about the minimum required percentage for admission into B.Ed course. Just go through the government's eligibility criteria. I personally believe it should be 50%. If it is so, then you can apply for B.Ed on PG basis. I hope, this would suffice.

This institute of emminence indeed has very good lab facilities as well as good faculty. This makes it the most sought after institute for this branch. Though the fees are a little more but then they are perhaps justified by faculty and facilities.
