You may not have the chance to do from any other uni. You have to complete the ty from the same college and the same uni. Its non negotiable. If you want to study in any other uni , you have to begin from the basics again.

The most obvious option is to do M.Com. You can also do MBA or if interested in teaching line then do B.Ed. There are other stream also open such as UPSC or state PSC exams. You can go in the Banking or Insurance sector.

Hi Farwaha, there will not be much of a difference between the course modules of both the courses. its just the difference of 2-3 subjects and nomenclature. In India, MBA is given preference and is needed in almost all the organisation to move up to the management level. The rest is all same. But abroad if you look at the trends tech courses are preferred over MBAs. But if you work hard then there is nothing stopping you in finding a good job after MBA IT or MSc IT and Management abroad as well as in India.
But you should make sure that you opt for a good ranking University, that provides you good support for placements. After all this
