Any field of engineering is as good as any other and you can sketch out the career best if you are interested in that. No specialization can be generalized to be the best. Nowadays Competition is high so one should have master degree in order to get handsome salary.
I suggest you to go for Master degree after completing your Bachelor's degree.
As per official website of DU SOL,Placement cell is active and average package that offered last year was 2.2LPA,So Prepare well Go through your past academics.Delhi University School of Open Learning is a popular destination for correspondence education and is acceptable for higher studies or jobs as well.
