How much work experience do you have? If you are not enjoying your job that much and have full interest in MBA then I would suggest you to leave the job and pursue full-time MBA. But if you are not that much interested then do distance executive MBA or the weekends classes of MBA.

There is no entrance test for admission in B.Com Honors. The admission will be based on merit, i.e., on the marks that you secured in 10+2. The cut-off is generally around 90 percent in this college.

Well, it varies every year, as said in the previous answers, it was good in the year 2011,12,13 but 14 was the worst. Again 15 and 16 batches got around 80.85% placement. I belong to the 32nd batch (2017). In our batch placement again fell. Till now, it's only around 50%. The major recruiters like TCS hired only 76 students which used to be above 150 followed by Tech-Mahindra who took 24, and many of the CSE and ETC students recruited by other small IT companies. SET has a total of 60 questions. The General English Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness sections carry 16 questions and the Analytical and Logical Reasoning section carries 12 questions. For each correct attempt, one mark is awarded and one mark is deducted for an incorrect attempt. There is no deduction of marks for unanswered questions. Therefore, the total marks of SET is 60.
