Dubai has many foreign university campuses and its local universities also. Everywhere the entry requirements are different. It also depends on what you want to study. Apart from taking IELTS or TOEFL, there could be entrance exams for each university. You should check some university websites and contact them directly if required.

Bengaluru is home to many good colleges. However, to know which college options are open to a student, one must know the student's 12th grade marks as well. 12th grade marks hold more value and importance in college admissions than the 10th grade marks.

Hi,
I hope you are doing well.
There is nothing like that you will not get admission to any good college without entrance. Sometimes your class 12th percentage is really enough for admission. There is a number of good colleges that are providing admission on a seat basis. PCTE Group of the institution, situated in Ludhiana is one of the best colleges in Punjab. Which provides all industrial knowledge of all mass communication filed. Thank you.

You have to give VITEEE exam to take admission in VIT University. JEE Main rank has nothing to do with VIT so it's not possible.
