No. M.Tech can only be done through students, who are from B.Tech background or have a M.Sc. Degree in Computer application. Moreover, I recommend you directly contact 18001024431, LPU - head office to know if something can be done for that.

Yes, you can definitely go for JEE Advanced because you cleared the OBC criteria of 45 marks. Work hard and try to clear JEE Advanced because, with that, you will be eligible to get IIT, NIT or IIIT which are India's best institute to study engineering with heavy packages in MNCs. Work hard and all the best for your exams.

It depends on your efforts and skills. There is nothing an introvert cannot do. Given you work hard and have/develop required qualities, can do whatever you want. If you have interest in something and determination to do it, you can always do it. The skills can be developed. Just work hard.

Go for Manipal University. It is the best choice. Manipal has greater exposure than KIIT and SRM.

It seems impossible as you have to give JEE Mains for entering into IITs after 10+2 as IITs don't entertain lateral entry admissions.

It depends in what type of college you want admission. For example, if you want admission in government college, then it will be not so costly. If you want in private, it will be costly and if you want abroad.

SRM is a well-known private university . Here engineering, management, and medical course has been offered . Infrastructure of the hostel building academic is good and also have play ground. Many Placements in a year is seen  mainly in IT and software companies. But  the fee structure is quite high other than same ranking University which can be problematic for the poor student .So  if you don't get into top government or Tier-1 private colleges, it can be a decent option .
