Generally, for undergraduate courses, candidates should have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). For postgraduate courses, candidates should have completed their undergraduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) from a recognized university.

Hi Alka,
On the basis on you class XIIth marks - you are entitled for scholarship (if it is above certain %), but this amount is not much. Unless your class 12th marks are 95%+ you get good discount in your tuition fees.
But all this provision in not mentioned in website. You have to personally visit or call the college and discuss to avail the facility.

Step 1: determine your mind that you are ready to give your heart and soul to it. Even ready to spend 1 to 1.5 years with reading.
Step 2: determine if you want to take UPSC coaching or self study. (My suggestion if you have your blood relation know about or in preparation of UPSC take their suggestion or go for coaching classes) and must know that institute is just for guidance and you only have to study. Yes, you are eligible for AME, when you complete 3 year Diploma, but not class 12th with PCB group. After class 12th for taking admission for AME, you need PCM group.

Hello Pooja, Yes, you can. Candidates should have Masters' degree to appear for the UGC NET exam with minimum 55% aggregate marks if they belong to General category or minimum 50% aggregate marks if they are from OBC/SC/ST/PwD category. Candidates who are in the qualifying year of the post-graduation can also apply for the NET exam. Aspirants must also follow age criteria for NET JRF I. e. 30 years.
