Fees for the CPT course I. e. foundation course is depend on faculty members and place where you live. As you have not mentioned the place so I will tell you generally the private classes charges INR. 30,000 to INR. 40,000 for the coaching of the same.

You can get CSE at category 3/4/5. I would suggest you consider CSE with Specialisation in Bioinformatics or Information Security. The fee would be less in other CSE branches. I hope this helps.

Yes, you can. Several universities provide such facilities. However, you should be aware of the attendance requirement, projects and all. Because main issue that arises out of it is that many things might clash, which you have to manage. Also, sometimes you might run out of time for individual assignments and projects etc. In both the courses. That's it. Very well if all this is managed, you can apply in any university which provides admission in 2 courses simultaneously.
