No, the candidates are permitted to participate in the VITEEE counselling only during their allotted date. If the candidates are not happy with their allotment, then they will be able to participate in the next round of counselling. Yes, the UPSC IAS 2022 vacancies were increased to 1022 (revised again). It now includes 150 vacancies in Indian Railway Management Service (IRMS) which is recently notified as a Group A service.
